Platform versions detection from web analytics (Windows)

Hello

I have connected web analytics to my app and need to aggregate platform versions. From the browsers' user agents it is possible to extract Windows version, but there is no such info in Analytics -> Platforms.

Server is also configured and installed on our hardware.

How can I configure that possibility and is it possible?

  • Hello, web analytics (JS). I connected it to my WEB app. I've missed that nuance. I guess, that counlty server parses user agent header from reqests and gets platform and platform versions, but only for mobile devices (ios/andoid). I need to figure out, how to enable possibility to extract at least windows version from countly web analytics sdk

  • Hi Vladyslav,

Could you please share your SDK init code, so we can do some internal tests?

  • Thank you, Vladyslav,

Could you also let us know how long time ago you integrated our SDK? Was it recent?
