Read API returning "User does not exist"

This may be a silly question, but I installed a new Countly Community Edition a little while back, and now my Read API calls are returning a "User does not exist" result. I realize that I am using a much more modern version of Countly, but I have followed the docs that I saw regarding the Read API, and I can't seem to get valid results. Am I missing something basic? Does the Read API still work with the Community Edition?

  • Yes, it should.
User does not exist, usually means that your api_key is not recognized.
Maybe you used api_key from another Countly server? or used app_key instead of api_key by mistake?
