  • Hello,
so installation script should install nginx, which is bind to 80 port so Countly should be the root of your server domain.

If you have local server it would be

    localhost
    or
    http://127.0.0.1/

for remote server try remote server ip address or domain assigned to that server

  • I had followed the steps at

While accessing http://127.0.0.1/dashboard#/ I get the error

    Unable to connect
Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at 127.0.0.1.
What files do I need to update for configuration and how?

  • Yes, Before following these steps I was able to open dashboard locally but I was not able to see my android device/application details in dashboard so I followed few steps from there for MangoDB installation but the problem is I am stuck with the error cited before i.e not able to open/access dashboard

  • If error says you are not able to connect, it means that even nginx is not running.

    Check if nginx is runing

    ps ax | grep nginx

What OS version are you using? What Countly version?

  • Ok, so nginx works.

    Can you provide:

    1. Countly version
    2. logs inside countly directory, as countly/log/countly-api.log and countly/log/countly-dashboard.log
