Email Reports menu disappears after use

When I go into the Email Reports section, every time I click on "Send Now", or "Preview", all of the "Edit, Delete, Send Now, Preview" menu items for ALL reports goes away and never comes back. I have to reload the entire page in order for the menus to come back.

  • Have you ever upgraded your instance lately? Could that be due to cache? If not, I will have a look - asking first since I never saw this behaviour.

  • Cannot reproduce. Can you possibly send me a screenshot or similar that can help me identify the issue?

  • Screenshot normally looks like the one attached. I am not sure why it doesn't show any styles on your end.

    If you can send me a login credential (admin or user type) I can check UI in general (to my personal email, gc at count . ly)

  • Here's what I'm seeing on the container for the menu items.
    Before & After clicking on preview

    As you can see here, something is modifying the edit-menu container with display: none

  • Rule: If a person clicks on the page, hide all edit-menu items in options-item

    plugins/reports/frontend/public/javascripts/countly.views.js

        $(window).click(function() {
            $(".options-item").find(".edit").next(".edit-menu").fadeOut();
        });

  • I tried in our "master" and "next" branch, cannot reproduce it.

    @x2rider, sorry for the inconvenience. I will keep tracking this issue, before that, you may also try to pull the newest code from our master branch. To see the issue existed or not.
