Need help with Countly Community Dashboard
We've been using Count.ly Community for a few years now and just recently upgraded to the latest build v17.05.1 from v16.12, which has broken our current build. The first issue we had to resolve was a "502 Bad Gateway", which we have since resolved but, now the dashboard doesn't display any information regarding all our apps data. How can we resolve this matter with this issue!?!?!?
Thanks in advance
Fred Turner!

Hello,
502 Bad Gateway would usually mean server side errors. So you seemed to resolve it for dashboard backend, but not for API process.
Can you provide countly-dashboard.log and countly-api.log that are located in countly/log directory. They should contain errors about what is happening and why process is not starting normally.
Here's the files Arturs,
Hopefully we can resolve the issue.
I had to upload the files to my DropBox account because I can only share image files here.
Hello,
try deleting these folders (if they exist):
countly/node_modules
countly/api/node_modules
countly/frontend/express/node_modules
then cd into countly directory and run
bash bin/scripts/detect.init.sh
and then run
countly upgrade
Thank you so much...It worked like a CHARM.
We're back up... 😊
Greetings Ar2rsawseen,
After following your direction on getting our Countly Community Edition back online we're having problem with seeing data. We've been scratching our heads on what the issue could be. Could you help up with resolving this major issue.
We're currently tracking visits to our website and has place the js code in our header to get the data about our visitors that Countly would show in the dashboard, but there's no data going back to 60 days and this is after the upgrade and help you advised us on. here's a couple of screenshots!

Thanks in advance
Fred Turner
Out of curiosity, do you have any problems with instance itself?
And what is your exact issue? Not to be able to see any data for 60 days or just this screen? Is there anything specific about "60 days"?
Hello,
I think CDN url has changed, can you try this one?
https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/countly-sdk-web/17.9.0/countly.min.js
Yep, that did the trick...so it was the cdn url the whole time lol.
Thanks guys
So it was the cdn url the whole time lol.
