How to check whether Countly server working properly or not?

How to check whether Countly server working properly or not?
I have installed countly via using the following wget -qO- http://c.ly/install | bash command. Kindly help me on regarding this. I have run public ip of our server but cannot able see any page.

  • Hello,
    you can check if MongoDB is running by running mongo command in your console. If it connects without errors, then check if countly process is running by running countly status in your console.

    Then check the logs located under countly/log folder. There could be some errors etc. Also you can recheck install log in the same folder.

    If you find anything report as here and we could try to help further

  • Hi we have installed Countly Community edition with Docker. Everything seems ok but when I check the error log I just get a spinner forever. Does anyone know how to - see the error log.

  • Hi Piyush,

    I dont see an error log here but you may want to check "countly status" to check if Countly is running, and also please send your countly-api.log and countly-dashboard.log files here so we can have a look.
