Forget my password link

Hello - 

User is unable to receive email with password reset instructions after clicking on "Forget My Password" link on login screen of analytics platform and supplying the registered email address on next screen.

Please note that we have waited for whole day if there was a server delay as well as ensured that email didn't go to spam folder.

Please advise.

    Hi SZaidi,

    I was informed by our DevOps team that your team requested to configure Countly to use Office 365 for emails. We have set it up, and it was good. And I'm afraid we can't debug it on our side since we don't manage your exchange server.

    So I recommend you to check this with your IT team. Please ask them about the service if everything is ok or not.
