[Android] Responses from Countly feedback

Hi Countly team,

I am using the feedback widget feature in app side. And I face a problem that I don't receive the responses of feedback in Countly dashboard. My current version is 20.11.10

After investigation, I found that we are using Parameter Tampering Protection feature. So that, the request of response feedback returns message " The request does not have checksum". I think that is the root cause of problem.

Can you help me how to resolve this problem?

    Hey Minh,

    Thank you for flagging this. It seems to be a bug and our development team is already working on it, and we'll keep you posted as we progress.

    For now, as a workaround you can disable salting by following these steps:

    1. Top Cog > Applications > [SELECT THE APP]

    2. Click on the three dots (top right)

    3. Delete the Salt for checksum value

    I am not sure should I open new ticket? But the above raised issue is kind of smilier issue which I am facing now.

    I am trying to use the remoteConfig() feature.

    Issue is I already set the salt to the Server and App end.

    But still I am getting error "checksum mismatch".

    I am not able to understand why I am getting this.

    Please help me on this.
