HELP- Enterprise Edition Support Not Available
Hi,
I am using Countly enterprise edition but as soon as I log in, under the "Looking for help" in the front-page, the "Enterprise Edition Support" button goes away. Only option is available is to post in the "Community Area".
Could you please help me, what do I need to do to enable the enterprise edition support?

Hi Sayed, you should be able to access our Enterprise Edition Support now.
Enterprise Edition Support is naturally faster than the community one, so please feel free to open tickets, and we will be happy to help you.
