Request Logs and Filtering Rules

The Request Logs state that a particular request is blocked by a rule but not indication of which rule.

Also, say I have a Filtering rule that filters out hostnames which contain "blah.site.com", when I go to edit the Rule it splits out the filter by each letter i.e. hostname contains "b" OR hostname contains "l" OR hostname contains "a" OR hostname contains "h", etc.

  • Hi Peter,

Looks like splitting of the filter by each letter on editing rule is a bug and will be fixed asap. Thanks for pointing it out.

Whereas for the first part of your issue can you share the exact message or a screenshot of the request logs section for this blocked request ?

Also can you tell me if there are any filtering rules that are setup on your server?

    Thanks.
