"Clear data" functionality - what type of data is deleted?

As the tool offers the possibilty to clear data for your application, we would need to understand what exactly is deleted?
As we have in the applications already

  • Drills and Cohorts
  • Customer Properties
  • Opt-in/Opt-out 
  • Parameters for Remote Config
  • Dashboards

Which of these would be affected when clearing data?

    Hi Nina,

     

    There are 2 types of data clearing.
    1. clear data which clears data collected by the app, like users, sessions, etc. if clear app data is only for some period, than only full month data till that period is deleted, in which cases users (and their properties) are not deleted
    2. reset app which deletes all app collected data and user created data, like funnels, cohorts, campaigns, etc
