page views only registering on refresh in my React website

When I click around my site going to various routes like /dashboard and /news those page views don't register in Countly. If I go to those routes and refresh the browser window it registers. The route's page view count get's incremented for every refresh. How do I make it work when there's no page refresh which is the normal way a single page web application works?
