About your first question: Yes you can customize Countly URL, just like you do on a normal website (get a domain, configure your DNS in the host, and so forth)
About your second question: In short, Yes, Countly is compatible with Cloudflare.
Note: The data doesn't travel from the instance every time the server receives a request.

Answer: Yes. A user’s IP address is detected from the connection by default, and it's one of the optional parameters of the API call. Please read more about it here.
Answer: If you already bought your domain address, you should go to your hosting services and configure your DNS from there, linking your domain address to your website. It will vary depending on the hosting service you're using.
