Not Showing Location of Users in iOS, Android, or Web

I have read through SDK and User Guides and cannot figure out how to display the location of the user.  I understand IP address is collected by default and that Countly uses an IP lookup feature to determine country and city, but how do I get that info to display in my Countly UI, below is what I see for my apps and web

    Disregard, I realized we are behind a firewall so all of the IP addresses will be from our own firewall.
