We are showing Linux as our top platform our users are using to view our website. Anyone know what browser/platform would show up as "Linux?"

We got it fixed. Latest upgrade helped, plus we had some config items incorrect.

Websocket is already closing or closed state error

When looking in the dev Console I see several of these errors. Enterprise edition, latest version. I noticed these when I was troubleshooting Heatmaps for clicks and scrolls not working.

I am having a similar issue. I cannot see heatmaps for clicks or scrolls. Latest Enterprise version and the developer console shows no errors.
